10/08/2019 · It would be nice to be able to configure iPhone / iPad to leave hotspot on at all times. I use my laptop a lot and have iPad in my backpack. Currently i have to go into settings on iPad to Hotspot settings (just having it open) and then the laptop will connect. mine seems to stay on as long as the laptop is active / communicating.
